Perfume and oud · Online store

A Shopify store for a perfume brand in the UAE that sells a scent nobody can smell.

Your customers cannot smell the bottle on a screen. We build the store around that fact: discovery sets, honest scent notes, gifting and Arabic that reads as well as English.

A Shopify store for a perfume or oud brand in the UAE needs Arabic and English pages, a discovery set, gift options and instalments through Tabby or Tamara. A launch store starts at AED 4,950 in 3 to 4 weeks. A custom theme with full Arabic RTL starts at AED 14,500. Prices exclude 5% VAT.

Sound familiar?

Your situation, in plain words.

I sell oud and perfume oils. People love the shop in person, but online they hesitate. They cannot smell it, and a full bottle is a lot of money to risk on a guess.

Half my customers read Arabic first. My site is English with a rough Arabic copy, and the gift buyers around Ramadan and Eid give up before they reach checkout.

My Instagram sends people to a link in the bio and then orders arrive on WhatsApp. I want one proper store, but I do not want it to look like every other perfume template.

Problem 1

A shopper cannot smell it, so they do not buy the full bottle

A discovery set of small vials, with part of the price credited toward a full bottle, lowers the risk of a first order. It is a bundle plus a discount rule the customer can see in the cart. We pair it with scent notes written in plain words, not a wall of perfume jargon.

Problem 2

Oud descriptions that read like a translated brochure

Words like oud, bakhoor and attar mean different things to different buyers. We structure each product page with notes, strength, longevity and who it suits, in Arabic written for the page, not pasted from English. Right-to-left is designed, not mirrored.

Problem 3

Gift buyers drop off before checkout

Gifting is a big part of fragrance in the Gulf. The cart needs a gift box option, a message field, a clear delivery date and instalments shown under the price. On a phone, that has to work with one thumb.

Questions

Answers before you call.

Most brands start with a discovery set of small vials. A first-time buyer pays less, tries the scents at home, and gets a credit toward a full bottle. Clear scent notes and honest descriptions help too. We build the set and the credit rule into the store.

Yes. We build a real right-to-left layout with Arabic type and copy written for each page. It is included in the design phase on our custom and Plus tiers, and it is an add-on of about AED 1,750 on the launch tier.

Yes, through Tabby or Tamara, if your provider approves your business. You sign up with them directly. We set up the messaging and checkout. Their terms and fees change, so confirm them with the provider before you plan around them.

Yes. We add a gift option and message field to the product page and cart, and show a delivery-date note. If you want a branded box added to the price, we set that up as a simple extra.

Many perfume sellers do. A store takes payment, tracks stock and keeps customer details in one place, so orders do not sit in chat threads. We can also add a WhatsApp assistant from AED 1,450 for the questions that still come in.

A launch store starts at AED 4,950, a custom theme at AED 14,500. All prices exclude 5% VAT. Shopify's own plan fee and any apps are extra, and plan prices change, so check them on Shopify's pricing page before you buy.
