The problem
A website is not finished when it launches
WordPress is software you own and host. That is its strength, and its chore. The core, your theme and every plugin release updates, often to close security holes. Skip them for a year and the site gets slow, breaks after a hosting change, or gets hacked. Most owners do not know it is happening until a customer says the site is down.

What is included
What your monthly plan covers
The AED 295 plan is built for a normal business site with a theme and a handful of plugins. Heavier sites, such as WooCommerce stores and booking systems, need a higher plan.

Backups
Daily backups of files and database, kept for 30 days, with a restore test every quarter.

Security
Malware scans, a firewall plugin, login protection and a review of user accounts. Old admin users are removed.

Uptime watch
The site is checked every few minutes. If it drops, we start work and tell you.

Speed check
A monthly look at page speed on mobile, with plain notes on what is slowing the site.

Small changes
One hour a month for text edits, image swaps, a new team member or a price update. Unused time does not roll over.

A short report in plain English: what we updated, what we found, what we suggest.

Your plan covers prevention and routine care. A site that is already broken or infected is cleaned first as a one-off job, then moved onto the plan.
If the site is already hacked
Hacked-site recovery, step by step
Signs: strange pages in Google, redirects to other sites, a browser warning, new admin users you do not know, or your host suspending the account. Do not delete anything yet.

We put the site in maintenance mode, change every password and take a copy of the infected files as evidence.
- Day 1
Find the way in
We look for the cause, usually an old plugin, a weak password or a nulled (pirated) theme, so the same door is not left open.
- Day 1 to 2
Clean or restore
We remove malicious code and rogue users. If the damage is deep, we restore a clean backup and re-apply recent content.
- Day 2 to 3
Harden
Updates, firewall, login protection and file permissions are set. We ask Google to review the site if it was flagged.
- After
Stay safe
The site moves onto a care plan so the fix does not decay. The recovery is quoted as a one-off before we start.
Freelancer or care plan
When to switch from a freelancer
A good freelancer is often the right choice for a small site, and the cheapest. Many owners switch when the person becomes a single point of failure. We are not the answer for every site, and we will say so if yours is simple and well looked after.

- The site was built by someone who has left, and no one has the files

A site you rarely touch
For a small brochure site with little traffic, managed WordPress hosting with automatic updates may be enough.

A site that needs rebuilding
Care keeps a healthy site healthy. If it is slow, broken or hacked often, a redesign may cost less over a year.

You want a developer on call full time
One hour of changes a month is included. Ongoing feature work is quoted separately.

Yes, in most cases. We take a full backup first, review the theme and plugins, and tell you what needs fixing. If the build is poor or unsupported, we explain the options and the cost before any change.
Yes. We contain the damage, find how they got in, clean or restore the site and harden it. Recovery is quoted as a one-off because every case differs. Afterwards the site can join a care plan.
We can advise on or arrange hosting, but the hosting account stays in your name. You pay the provider directly. This avoids being locked in, and you can move away whenever you like.
Then a plan may be more than you need. We can quote single jobs, such as an update round or a speed fix. If your site is small and rarely changes, a trusted freelancer can be a fair choice.
We monitor uptime and start work as soon as an alert arrives during working hours. Replies to messages come within one working day. Restore times depend on the cause, and we do not promise a fixed figure.
Yes. Care plans are monthly with 30 days' notice and no long contract. When you leave, we hand over logins, a final backup and a short note on the state of the site.
